Don't miss this folks! We're really excited about our upcoming reunion, and we want to be sure all that want to attend are able to do just that!

Hello classmates! I hope this note finds you all enjoying your first few weeks of summer. If you’re wondering why you haven’t seen much in the way of communication about our upcoming class reunion, it’s because we, like you, have been very busy with our families and work schedules. But now that some of that has settled down, we are excited about promoting this event and looking forward to seeing you all in only 7 weeks!

Tickets - $45 (payable in advance by July 17th only;

no ticket sales at the door)

The event will include a full fajita dinner, with a cash bar available. We are also working on a memorabilia table and a slide show with pictures of our time at CHS.

There are now two payment options for this event:

1. Pay by check. Please make the checks payable to: Channelview High School class of 1990 and mail them to Traci Ogle Spann, P.O. Box 2429, Cypress, TX 77410-2429. Please include your name, e-mail address, and phone number and we will send you an e-mail receipt of your payment. Check must be postmarked by July 17th.

2. Pay by Paypal. Please e-mail Marci Aleman Thompson at Marci.Thompson@Yahoo.com and she will e-mail you a Paypal invoice to pay using a credit card or bank draft. Because Paypal charges us a fee to complete this transaction, the ticket prices are $46.60 each if you use Paypal to buy your tickets.

We had originally priced the tickets at $50 each after May 31st, but because most people waited to purchase tickets and to simplify the pricing, tickets are all $45 (unless using Paypal – see above). The Battleground at Deer Park requires a headcount in advance to prepare the food, and because of this there is no way to sell tickets at the door. All ticket sales must be completed through Paypal or postmarked by July 17th.

We can’t wait to see you all! There’s only one 20 year high school reunion – don’t miss it!

Hello Channelview High School class of 1990! I know it’s been a while since we’ve posted to our class website, but rest assured, we’ve been hard at work planning our upcoming 20 year reunion. After much “shopping” what is available and many discussions with our reunion team, we have finally come up with a reunion event that we feel will be enjoyable for all of our classmates.

Hello Channelview High School Class of 1990! We hope you had a restful holiday season, and are getting your new year off to a good start. Those of us on the Reunion Team have taken a break during the last couple of months, but we’ve now resumed planning our upcoming 20 Year Reunion. And this is where you come in!

We need your help:

1. Choosing the reunion MONTH. After we choose the month we can decide the actual reunion date based on the availability of our reunion location. Assuming we have our reunion no earlier than this summer, the options are June, July, August, September or October.

2. Suggestions for the Reunion location. The Reunion Team has tossed around some ideas, but we still need help on this. I’m sure some of you have attended other reunions (maybe with your spouse) and can give us location ideas.

Memorabilia

Hi guys!

Please look through your stuff and your parents stuff (and anywhere else you can think of) for anything that reminds you of the good ole days. It could be from the 90's, 80's or even 70's. This will be for the memorabilia table.

Also, please collect as many pictures as you can find. Doesn't matter if you've already posted them on Facebook or Myspace. I would like to get as many as possible for a slideshow. If you have some yearbooks, that would help also.

I can probably collect them at some point. I will make sure to take care of everything and label it so it gets back to the right person.
